A SaaS healthtech company seeks a Technical Lead to modernise systems and lead engineering transformation, driving scalable product delivery, technical excellence, and cross-functional impact in Taiwan.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and scale engineering teams of 5–10+ members, driving delivery alignment, technical guidance, task ownership, and talent development across projects
  • Own system architecture design and modernisation, delivering scalable, high-performance, and secure solutions aligned with compliance and business needs
  • Lead CI/CD, containerisation (Docker/Kubernetes), and infrastructure optimisation to improve automation, deployment efficiency, and system reliability
  • Drive legacy system modernisation, including JDK upgrades and frontend refactoring, while ensuring zero-downtime service continuity
  • Strengthen engineering excellence through testing strategy, production incident management, security controls, and cross-functional stakeholder communication

Candidate profile:

  • Over 7 years’ software engineering experience, including 2+ years in technical leadership roles managing teams of 5–10+ engineers
  • Strong full-stack expertise across modern web application stacks (React/Vue/Angular with Node.js/Python/Java), including front-end, back-end, database, and deployment
  • Proven experience in SaaS environments, including multi-tenant architecture, CI/CD, feature flags, and continuous delivery at scale
  • Skilled in system design, legacy modernisation, and cloud-native deployment using Docker/Kubernetes with a focus on scalability, performance, and maintainability
  • Strong capabilities in engineering excellence, including CI/CD optimisation, testing strategy, security/compliance (health data), and cross-functional communication
