What you'll do:

• Lead and mentor a team of 5–10 engineers, including 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development.
• Own end-to-end delivery of cloud-native AIoT systems, including data pipelines, storage, analytics, and real-time event processing.
• Drive architecture decisions for scalable, secure, and high-performance distributed systems.
• Collaborate with Product and Customer Success to define roadmaps, OKRs, and align engineering delivery with business goals.
• Establish engineering excellence through coding standards, CI/CD improvement, technical debt management, and AI-driven productivity tools.

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science or related field, with 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in engineering leadership or management roles.
• Proven experience leading engineering teams and making high-quality technical decisions in complex or ambiguous environments.
• Strong backend development skills in at least one language (Python, JavaScript, or Go), with solid understanding of multi-language environments.
• Deep knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architecture using Kubernetes/Docker, plus experience with GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Strong expertise in databases (SQL/NoSQL), API design, DevOps practices (CI/CD, testing, monitoring), and excellent communication with empathetic, collaborative leadership style.
