A financial insitution in Taiwan seeks a Senior Golang Engineer to build core blockchain systems for secure and efficient digital currency transactions in a collaborative engineering environment.

Key responsibilities:

As a Senior Golang Engineer, you will build secure, scalable blockchain backend systems to support reliable digital asset transactions.

• Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals
• 3+ years' backend development experience in engineering teams
• Proficient in relational database systems and SQL
• Experienced in microservices architecture and network programming
• Familiar with containerisation technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker
• Familiar with gRPC and Protocol Buffers
• Proficient in Git version control

Candidate profile:

To excel in this role, you bring backend development experience, strong blockchain knowledge, and expertise in SQL, microservices, Kubernetes/Docker, and secure system design.

• Passionate about blockchain and digital currency technologies, with a strong interest in hands-on blockchain development
• Fast learner with strong curiosity for understanding technical implementations and system design principles
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to contribute to product design discussions and deliver high-quality code
• Experience in developing blockchain core technologies or application services
• Familiar with cryptography and/or cybersecurity-related concepts
• Proficiency in Golang or Ruby programming languages
• Experience with CI/CD and observability tools, including Jenkins, Prometheus, and Grafana
