What will you do:

As a .NET Systems Engineer, you will be deeply involved in the comprehensive development process of P&C core application systems, from requirements analysis and architecture design to programming and test validation. In this role, you will not only need to be good at cross-departmental communication and collaboration, but also have a passion for actively learning new technologies to respond to rapidly changing industry needs. Daily work will include API development, database design, system integration testing, and continuous optimization of existing functions, while also assisting with various technical challenges in the operation and maintenance process. • Responsible for the development, maintenance, and optimization of the core application system of property and casualty insurance, ensuring the stable operation of the system and meeting business needs.
• Participate in cross-system architecture design and service API development to improve system integration capabilities and service efficiency.
• Perform system integration testing and functional testing to ensure product quality meets standard requirements.
• Collaborate closely with internal development teams and external outsourcers to jointly promote the smooth progress of new projects.
• Write code, design database structures, and perform performance tuning based on project requirements.
• Assist in solving technical problems encountered in daily operation and maintenance and provide improvement suggestions.
• Participate in regular technical discussion sessions to share knowledge and absorb the latest technology trends.
