What you'll do:

• Lead the design and delivery of complex fullstack features across frontend and backend systems.
• Build scalable, API-first architectures using technologies such as Node.js, React, and TypeScript.
• Own services end-to-end from development to production, ensuring performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into effective technical solutions.

What you bring:

• 8+ years software development experience with strong fullstack capability across frontend and backend systems
• Hands-on expertise in modern web stack including Node.js, React, and TypeScript for building scalable applications
• Strong system design background with experience in distributed systems and high-traffic, scalable architectures
• High ownership mindset with ability to drive projects end-to-end independently and collaborate effectively across teams
• Strong English communication skills plus experience in mentoring, cloud (AWS/Docker), and exposure to e-commerce or fast-paced startup environments as a plus
