[CloudTech] Data Team Lead

We are looking for a Data Lead to lead a cross-functional team of Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and PMs delivering enterprise Data & AI solutions. This role combines people leadership, technical judgment, project delivery, and client engagement, with ownership across data pipelines, cloud infrastructure, AI applications, and multiple concurrent projects.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and develop a cross-functional team of Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and Project Managers.
• Oversee multiple enterprise Data & AI projects simultaneously, including resource allocation, execution, and delivery quality.
• Engage directly with senior technical stakeholders on the client side to clarify requirements and propose solutions.
• Coordinate across internal Data, Cloud, and Infrastructure teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Provide technical judgment across Data Engineering, Cloud, and AI initiatives.
• Improve project management, technical delivery, and team collaboration practices.
• Balance technical considerations with business requirements and communicate complex topics clearly to clients and management.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong background in Data Engineering is preferred; Data Science backgrounds with solid end-to-end Data / AI project exposure can also be considered.
• Hands-on knowledge of ETL / Data Pipelines, GCP, and Airflow.
• Familiarity with Gemini or Generative AI applications.
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure and cross-system integration.
• Ideally 3+ years of management experience; candidates with strong leadership potential and hands-on experience in project leadership, resource coordination, or team decision-making can also be considered.
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, shift between contexts, and drive execution in a fast-moving environment.
