[Retail Giant] Data Analyst

We are looking for a Data Analyst – Market Intelligence to turn large-scale consumer, sales, and behavioral data into actionable business insights. You will analyze multiple data sources, define business metrics, evaluate marketing and product performance, and build dashboards that help stakeholders understand market trends and make better commercial decisions.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze sales, customer, and behavioral data across multiple sources.
• Conduct market intelligence, marketing effectiveness, and product performance analysis.
• Translate analysis into actionable business insights and recommendations.
• Design surveys and conduct business analysis when needed.
• Define business metrics and develop interactive dashboards for ongoing performance monitoring.
• Extract and transform data from BigQuery using SQL and build dashboards in Looker.
• Validate data sources and ensure data quality, accuracy, and usability.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand analytical needs.

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of Data Analytics experience, including professional, internship, or project experience.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to independently retrieve data based on business requirements.
• Hands-on experience with BigQuery and Looker.
• Experience defining metrics and building interactive dashboards.
• Familiarity with Tableau and ETL / data cleaning concepts.
• Strong logical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Curiosity about customer and user behavior.

Nice to have: Retail, e-commerce, or digital industry experience; Python / R; predictive or recommendation modeling experience.
