A technology organisation in Taiwan seeks an Artificial Intelligence Team Lead to lead engineers, build scalable AI products from client insights, and drive machine learning innovation and team growth.

Key responsibilities:

As an AI Team Lead, you will lead engineers, mentor the team, turn client insights into scalable AI solutions, and collaborate with clients and internal teams.

• Lead a team of 6 algorithm engineers
• Extract reusable, modular insights from in-depth client projects to support productisation efforts
• Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams on algorithm development

Candidate profile:

To excel in this role, you bring strong machine learning expertise, leadership or mentoring experience, and the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with clients and teams.

• 3+ years’ machine learning experience, including at least 1 year in a management role
• Strong expertise in machine learning techniques
• Solid mathematical foundation and strong communication skills
