Key responsibilities:

As a Data Protection AI Security Manager, you will lead AI-driven security and data protection initiatives.

• Collaborate with internal users and stakeholders to identify opportunities for applying AI/ML in business and security domains
• Design and implement AI/ML solutions using internal platforms to support business use cases and data protection needs
• Lead AI-driven security initiatives, including threat detection, breach response, and data protection system development
• Define and enforce security policies and ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory requirements
• Manage project scope, priorities, risks, timelines, and delivery outcomes with IT, business, and external partners
• Lead, grow, and mentor a team of data scientists and ML engineers while driving collaboration and execution excellence
• Drive AI/ML research and technology adoption while communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Candidate profile:

To excel in this role, you bring AI/ML development experience, knowledge of production ML systems, and strong leadership with expertise in security and compliance.

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• 10+ years’ experience in product/program management or corporate IT technology development
• 5+ years’ hands-on experience in AI/ML development and production machine learning systems
• Strong background in security, including monitoring, digital investigations, and AI-driven threat detection
• Solid understanding of data privacy regulations, compliance requirements, and enterprise security solutions
• Experience in smart manufacturing or semiconductor R&D/manufacturing is a plus
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills with ability to work independently and in teams
