What you'll do:

• Develop AI-powered customer intelligence applications for digital banking using Python and LLM frameworks.
• Design and orchestrate end-to-end AI workflows (LangChain/LangGraph), including RAG solutions and prompt engineering.
• Build ETL pipelines and perform feature engineering using large-scale behavioral banking data.
• Implement and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions using cloud platforms (AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex AI).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, support model tuning/monitoring, and contribute to product improvement and documentation.

What you bring:

• Strong proficiency in Python for developing ML models and data-driven applications in digital environments.
• Solid experience with SQL for large-scale data querying and analytics.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain/LangGraph, RAG architectures, and prompt engineering for LLM applications.
• Knowledge of ETL pipelines, feature engineering, and behavioral data processing.
• Familiar with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and AI services (e.g., Bedrock, Vertex AI); experience with BigQuery, vector databases, and production LLM deployment is a plus.
