Save job

About the Company Our client is a global semiconductor company seeking an experienced Reliability Execution Manager to lead the execution of product reliability qualification and testing activities. Based in Hsinchu, this role will work closely with global engineering teams, internal laboratories, and external testing partners to ensure reliability programmes are executed effectively and meet product qualification requirements. The position is particularly suited to candidates with strong hands-on experience in semiconductor reliability qualification, laboratory operations, reliability testing, and cross-functional programme execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of reliability qualification and stress testing activities across multiple semiconductor products and development programmes.

  • Develop reliability execution plans, schedules, resource requirements, and test matrices based on product qualification requirements.

  • Coordinate end-to-end reliability activities including sample preparation, test setup, stress testing, data collection, failure identification, and reporting.

  • Ensure reliability tests are executed according to defined procedures, specifications, and industry qualification standards.

  • Track test progress and proactively identify execution risks, capacity constraints, or schedule delays.

  • Coordinate internal laboratory resources, equipment, and technical personnel to support qualification activities.

  • Manage external laboratories and testing partners, including requirements definition, scheduling, deliverables, and execution quality.

  • Troubleshoot issues arising during reliability testing and coordinate appropriate engineering resources for resolution.

  • Conduct initial reliability data review and work with Reliability Engineers to identify abnormal results or potential reliability concerns.

  • Support failure identification and coordinate root-cause investigations with relevant engineering teams.

  • Prepare reliability reports, qualification summaries, and project status updates for technical and management reviews.

  • Work closely with Product Engineering, Quality, R&D, Test Engineering, NPI, and Operations teams throughout product development and qualification.

  • Drive improvements in reliability execution processes, laboratory efficiency, documentation, and test methodology.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Reliability Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

  • 7+ years of experience in semiconductor reliability, product qualification, reliability testing, or related engineering functions.

  • Previous experience leading technical teams, laboratory operations, or reliability execution activities.

  • Hands-on experience with semiconductor reliability qualification and stress testing methodologies such as HTOL, HTSL, HAST/uHAST, Temperature Cycling, or related tests.

  • Strong understanding of semiconductor reliability methodologies and industry qualification standards such as JEDEC.

  • Experience managing reliability laboratories, test equipment, technical resources, or external testing vendors.

  • Familiarity with reliability data analysis and statistical methodologies such as Weibull analysis, acceleration models, or lifetime prediction.

  • Experience supporting failure investigation, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.

  • Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple qualification activities simultaneously.

  • Effective communication skills and experience working with global engineering teams and external partners.

  • Good command of written and spoken English.

Experience with analog, mixed-signal, MEMS, or other complex semiconductor products is advantageous but not essential.

The Opportunity

This position provides the opportunity to take ownership of reliability execution across multiple semiconductor development programmes while working closely with global engineering and manufacturing teams.

The role combines technical reliability knowledge, laboratory management, project execution, and cross-functional coordination, making it suitable for experienced reliability professionals looking to take broader ownership of semiconductor qualification activities.

What's Next

If you have strong experience in semiconductor reliability qualification and enjoy coordinating complex reliability programmes across engineering teams and laboratories, we welcome your application.
