What you'll do:
As a Senior Foundry Manager based in Hsinchu, you will be responsible for driving the successful ramp-up of lead products under new technology introduction within the APAC Central Competence Team. Your day-to-day activities will involve close collaboration with external foundries as well as internal technology groups to ensure that manufacturing processes are qualified and released efficiently. You will act as the safe launch owner for front-end processes during ramp-up phases, focusing on manufacturability improvements and yield enhancement.
