Senior / Principal Product Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Principal Product Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of driving product support excellence and supply chain improvements across the globe. As a key representative in Asia, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, tackle complex challenges, and play a vital role in ensuring seamless operations for our cutting-edge semiconductor solutions.

• Global Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external suppliers to resolve both technical (fab, packaging, test) and non-technical (supply chain, system-related) manufacturing issues.
• Supply Chain Leadership: Drive all aspects of foundry and assembly migrations/qualifications while focusing on strategic improvements to address customer shortages.
• Asia Representative: Represent the business unit in Asia by providing real-time support and guidance to various teams within the region.
• Customer Change Management: Manage long-term customer change processes such as PPAPs (Production Part Approval Process), and qualification data as the supply chain evolves.
• Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to enhance product quality, cost efficiency, and delivery performance while sustaining existing products.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively across all levels—from individual contributors to senior leadership — and across diverse functions such as planning, customer support, R&D engineering, corporate packaging, and foundry management.
• Flexibility to collaborate across different time zones as needed.
• Technical supply chain management experience is highly desirable.
• Solid knowledge of semiconductor packaging technology and manufacturing flow is required.
• Diverse experience in logistics combined with technical expertise is encouraged.
