【Wafer】Global Product Manager
A leading manufacturer seeks a Global Product Manager in Taiwan to drive quartz portfolio strategy, commercial performance, and global collaboration, supporting business development and growth across semiconductor, LED, and power electronics markets.
Key responsibilities:
As Global Product Manager – Semiconductor Quartz, you will oversee the full quartz product portfolio, driving commercial success through strategic planning, collaboration, and market insight.
- Own the quartz product and service portfolio, including pricing strategy and resource allocation to ensure strong commercial performance
- Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes, including margin, sales, and performance analysis against targets
- Manage customer prioritisation and resolve key sales-customer issues, ensuring effective response to queries and actions
- Drive new product introduction (NPI) initiatives in collaboration with global sales and cross-functional teams
- Oversee product lifecycle management from definition through development, launch, and ongoing maintenance
- Manage product and technical data creation in partnership with engineering and technical teams to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and tracking of industry trends to inform product strategy and positioning
- Support technical marketing by translating customer value into clear messaging, enabling sales tools, and guiding application engineers
Candidate profile:
The ideal candidate combines strong technical grounding with commercial experience in high-tech or materials-driven environments, ideally within the semiconductor industry.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related discipline
- Solid understanding of epitaxy fabrication processes within semiconductor manufacturing environments
- Proven experience in technical-commercial roles within high-tech or materials industries, ideally semiconductor consumables
- Strong knowledge of product marketing, business strategy, market research, and data analysis
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, for global stakeholder engagement
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% internationally to support business needs
- Goal-oriented mindset with strong communication and presentation skills; based in or willing to relocate to the Hsinchu area and aligned with innovation, collaboration, and customer focus values
