Semiconductor Test Hardware Engineer- Executive Level

About the Role We are looking for an experienced Semiconductor Test Hardware Engineer to join a growing engineering team supporting advanced semiconductor products. In this role, you will lead the design and development of test hardware solutions used for silicon validation and high-volume manufacturing. Working closely with product, test, and operations teams, you will help ensure reliable test coverage, efficient validation, and successful production ramp. This position is well suited for engineers with strong ATE hardware design experience who enjoy solving complex technical challenges and collaborating across global engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop ATE hardware including load boards, probe cards, and related test interfaces for semiconductor products.
• Define hardware validation plans to support silicon bring-up, product qualification, and manufacturing readiness.
• Work closely with product, test engineering, and operations teams to deliver robust hardware solutions throughout the product lifecycle.
• Perform signal integrity (SI) and power integrity (PI) analysis to optimise hardware performance.
• Support hardware debugging, failure analysis, and root cause investigation.
• Coordinate with external vendors throughout hardware development, fabrication, and validation.
• Drive continuous improvement in ATE hardware design methodologies and validation processes.
• Manage multiple development projects while ensuring quality, schedule, and technical objectives are achieved.
• Contribute to future ATE hardware architecture and technology planning.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience in semiconductor ATE hardware design and validation.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor test flows and production test requirements
• Familiarity with one or more major ATE platforms is preferred.
• Experience working with high-speed, mixed-signal, RF, or advanced semiconductor products is an advantage.
• Strong project coordination and vendor management skills.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively across global cross-functional teams.
