Senior Test Engineer

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Sr. Test Engineer to lead our engineering efforts in test platform development and verification. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test engineering, hands-on experience with logic IC product testing, and leadership abilities to manage cross-departmental projects and schedules. You will be responsible for driving test platform advancements and ensuring production quality through effective test program and fixture development.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Test Platform Development and Validation:
    • Plan, develop, and validate test platforms.
    • Design test fixture circuits and analyze issues related to test program quality and production anomalies.
    • Evaluate and introduce new test platforms to improve performance and efficiency.
  2. Team and Project Management:
    • Manage engineering tasks and schedules for the department.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and coordination.

Qualifications and Requirements

  1. Educational Background:

    • Master's degree from a national university in fields related to Computer Science, Information Management, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Control Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Communication Engineering.
  2. Technical Experience:

    • At least 3 years of experience in test engineering for logic IC products.
    • Familiarity with at least two of the following test platforms: V50, S100, J750, Uflex, C3680, 3380P, V93000.
  3. Management Experience:

    • 1+ year of organizational management experience (preferred).
  4. Preferred Skills:

    • Strong problem-solving skills for improving test program quality and production anomalies.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage departmental operations effectively.
