Sustaining Test Engineer

What you’ll do

• Support production test operations including wafer sort and final test
• Set up and maintain ATE systems, probers, load boards, and probe cards
• Perform hardware debugging and troubleshoot test-related issues
• Collect and analyze test data for qualification and yield improvement
• Support product bring-up, characterization, and sustaining activities
• Assist in test program verification and issue resolution
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth production flow
• Maintain documentation, logs, and engineering records

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in semiconductor test / sustaining / production support
• Familiarity with ATE systems, probers, wafer sort, or final test operations
• Experience with load boards, probe cards, or test hardware debugging
• Knowledge of Advantest, Teradyne, LTX, or similar platforms is a plus
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• Willingness to work on-site in Hsinchu and travel if required
