Test Engineer (Manufacturing)
. We are seeking a Sustaining Test Engineer to support and improve high-volume semiconductor test operations across final test and wafer sort. In this role, you’ll work closely with internal cross-functional teams and OSAT partners to resolve production test issues, qualify new test hardware and software, and ensure stable mass production. This is a hands-on role involving data analysis, test debug, and process improvements for both mature and new products. 🔧 What You’ll Do

Analyze production test data and provide timely dispositions for Final Test and Wafer Sort issues

Support test-related qualifications and buy-off for test hardware, software, and systems

Drive test program releases and implement necessary revisions and improvements

Provide remote debugging and support for ATE systems, test programs, and product issues

Work closely with OSAT partners to ensure smooth test operations and minimize line-down risks

Collaborate with internal engineering teams to address test coverage and quality issues

Prepare qualification reports and maintain documentation

Occasional travel to OSAT sites and other company offices (domestic/international)
🎓 Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field

Hands-on experience with ATE platforms (e.g., ETS-88, ETS-364, uFlex, iFlex, Advantest, LTX)
-
Familiar with probe and handler operations in wafer sort and final test

Experience in production test debug and sustaining activities

Proficient in at least one programming/scripting language (e.g., Python or C++)

Experience with test hardware setup (probe cards, load boards, etc.)

Comfortable communicating in English (written and spoken)
