• Promote a culture of safety within the production environment by ensuring strict compliance with all relevant regulations and conducting regular safety assessments.
• Identify, evaluate, and correct EHS risks proactively, aiming for zero incidents through continuous improvement on all safety matters.
• Investigate accidents or safety incidents thoroughly, reporting findings transparently and implementing corrective measures to prevent recurrence.
• Develop and implement robust quality control procedures that guarantee products consistently meet industry standards as well as customer specifications.
• Collaborate closely with quality assurance teams to address any production-related quality issues, ensuring swift resolution and ongoing improvement.

• Partner with process engineering and other production teams to plan plant startup activities and annual shutdowns efficiently.
