數位IC設計(主管職)
我們的客戶是一家專注於高效能 IC 解決方案的知名半導體公司。因應公司核心產品線的持續擴張，目前正在尋找一位經驗豐富的「數位 IC 設計主管」來帶領研發。
-
領導並培訓數位 IC 設計團隊，負責高效能匯流排介面與控制器子系統之研發。
- 熟悉高速傳輸協定或控制器架構（如 PCIe, CXL, UFS, NVMe, USB 或相關 Bus Interfaces）

主導核心數位模組之系統架構規劃、微架構規格制定與技術執行。

監管完整數位前端開發流程，確保 RTL 設計、Linting、CDC、Synthesis 與 STA 之高品質產出。

與驗證團隊（DV）、FPGA 團隊及 Physical Design 團隊緊密合作，定義驗證計畫、加速 Bring-up 流程並確保 Timing Closure 與低功耗策略執行。

掌控專案時程、資源分配與技術風險控管，確保晶片順利 Tap-out 與進入量產。
