- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field) is required for this role.
- Minimum 10+ years of proven experience in hardware design & development, testing & validation methodologies, quality assurance processes, and risk management within the semiconductor industry.
- At least 5 years spent in a leadership position where you have demonstrated supportive leadership abilities by nurturing teams through complex projects.
- Deep expertise in semiconductor test flows as well as SI/PI simulation on digital, mixed-signal, high-speed RF and mmWave devices is essential.
- Hands-on experience with Advantest 93K, Exascale, J750, UltraFlex, UltraFlex+ or similar automated test equipment platforms is highly desirable.
- Proven track record coordinating multiple initiatives simultaneously while managing vendor relationships with test hardware suppliers.
- Ability to develop team vision and strategy for ATE test development that aligns with broader company goals through communal planning.
- Strong interpersonal skills enabling effective cross-functional collaboration with BL Test Engineering and Operations teams.
