• Hands-on experience in the energy, utility, power automation, substation, renewable energy, ESS (Energy Storage Systems), or industrial networking industries ensures you understand sector-specific challenges.
• Proven track record working with energy industry owners, EPCs (Engineering Procurement Construction), or system integrators demonstrates your ability to collaborate on large-scale projects.
• Networking certifications are highly advantageous as they reflect your commitment to staying current with industry standards; IEC 61850, cybersecurity or industrial automation related certifications are considered strong assets.
