A leading consumer goods organisation in Taiwan seeks a Key Account Assistant Manager (PX) to grow key client relationships and deliver tailored solutions that drive long-term business success.

Key responsibilities:

  • Build and strengthen trusted relationships with key customers, driving sustainable product sales and long-term account growth through tailored solutions
  • Own end-to-end account management by ensuring the timely delivery of products and services while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, resolving issues, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring seamless communication
  • Lead contract negotiations, monitor market trends, and identify opportunities to enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and business performance
