Key Account Assistant Manager, PX
A leading consumer goods organisation in Taiwan seeks a Key Account Assistant Manager (PX) to grow key client relationships and deliver tailored solutions that drive long-term business success.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and strengthen trusted relationships with key customers, driving sustainable product sales and long-term account growth through tailored solutions
- Own end-to-end account management by ensuring the timely delivery of products and services while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, resolving issues, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring seamless communication
- Lead contract negotiations, monitor market trends, and identify opportunities to enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and business performance
- Track account performance through forecasting, reporting, and maintaining accurate customer records to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement
Candidate profile:
- Proven experience in key account management, sales, or customer relationship management, with a track record of growing and managing strategic customer accounts
- Strong relationship management, communication, and contract negotiation skills, with the ability to resolve issues and deliver customer-focused solutions
- Experience working in cross-functional, customer-centric environments, collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve shared business objectives
- Proficient in account reporting, performance tracking, and maintaining accurate customer records, with the ability to leverage market insights to identify growth opportunities
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with financial awareness and a collaborative approach to supporting both customers and internal teams
