A global brand seeks an E-Commerce Supervisor / Assistant Manager to drive online sales growth and integrated marketing strategies in Taiwan.

Key responsibilities:

As an EC Supervisor / Assistant Manager, you will drive digital sales and marketing strategies, manage vendor partnerships, and leverage data insights to support business growth.

  • Drive e-commerce sales growth by integrating sales, marketing, and operational strategies across digital channels
  • Develop and execute strategic plans with pureplay and brick-and-mortar partners to achieve mutual business growth
  • Leverage market insights, consumer data, and analytics to create compelling sales strategies and optimise campaign to maximise ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) with media agencies
  • Manage sales forecasting, marketing budgets, vendor negotiations, and monitor sales, inventory, and margin performance
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop long-term e-commerce strategies and ensure flawless campaign execution

Candidate profile:

To excel in this role, you bring strong e-commerce and sales experience, analytical and stakeholder management skills, business acumen, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication.

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Business or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with exposure to e-commerce within cosmetics, retail, or FMCG industries preferred
  • Strong vendor management, external communication, and selling skills with the ability to build effective relationships
  • Analytical, adaptable, and proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with excellent cross-functional communication skills and fluent English proficiency
