Assistant Key Account Manager, Modern Trade Channel
A FMCG company seeks an Assistant Key Account Manager in Taiwan to drive key accounts, execute trade strategies, and support growth in a collaborative team.
Key responsibilities:
As an Assistant Key Account Manager, you will manage key accounts, drive trade plans and promotions, analyse performance, and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve business targets.
- Account Management & Growth: Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive volume and revenue growth. This includes managing annual negotiations, identifying expansion opportunities, and ensuring targets are met through consistent performance tracking
- Trade Marketing & Promotion Execution: Design and implement promotional calendars and marketing activities. You will be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of these campaigns and optimising trade spend to ensure maximum return on investment
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal departments such as Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing to ensure product availability, accurate forecasting, and alignment on brand strategies to deliver a seamless service experience
Candidate profile:
To excel in this role, you bring strong data analysis, key account management experience in FMCG, collaborative communication skills, and a track record of driving growth through effective stakeholder engagement.
- Analytical Proficiency: The ability to interpret complex sales data and market trends to provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations for business improvement
- Negotiation & Influencing: Strong interpersonal skills used to build professional relationships and negotiate terms effectively to secure favourable outcomes and long-term partnerships
- Project Management: Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, ensuring that promotional launches and business cycles are executed on time
