Marketing VP, Cross Border Health Supplement
A leading health supplement organisation is seeking a Vice President of Cross-Border Marketing to drive international expansion and accelerate global e-commerce growth across key markets.
This role will drive customer acquisition, brand expansion, localisation strategy, and performance marketing for cross-border e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen with deep expertise in global digital marketing, especially within Meta and Google advertising ecosystems, and scalable cross-border growth strategies.
Key responsibilities:
Lead the organisation’s international marketing strategy by driving customer acquisition, market expansion, and global brand growth through data-led digital campaigns and localisation initiatives.
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement cross-border marketing strategies to drive international growth, market expansion, and global brand positioning
- Lead market prioritisation, localisation initiatives, and go-to-market planning while identifying emerging consumer trends and competitive opportunities
- Partner with executive leadership to support revenue targets, regional growth strategies, and sustainable business expansion across global markets
Cross-Border E-Commerce Growth
- Drive international customer acquisition through Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, affiliate networks, marketplaces, and social commerce platforms
- Lead full-funnel performance marketing strategies across paid social, search, display, shopping ads, retargeting, and conversion optimisation campaigns
- Optimise customer journeys across global markets by tailoring experiences to regional, language, and cultural preferences to improve conversion, retention, and customer lifetime value
Performance Marketing & Paid Media
- Manage and scale multi-million-dollar advertising budgets across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms to maximise performance and revenue growth
- Develop data-driven performance marketing frameworks focused on ROAS, CAC, LTV, conversion optimisation, and overall funnel efficiency
- Lead campaign strategy including audience segmentation, creative testing, attribution modelling, bidding strategies, and retargeting initiatives
- Drive continuous optimisation through A/B testing, analytics, marketing automation, and performance monitoring across acquisition, conversion, and retention stages
Data, Analytics & Martech
- Leverage GA4, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and attribution platforms to drive data-led decision-making and campaign optimisation
- Build scalable reporting and forecasting models while collaborating with data and product teams to enhance tracking accuracy and overall marketing performance
Localisation & Brand Management
- Lead localisation of campaigns, creatives, landing pages, and engagement strategies to ensure regional relevance and stronger market impact
- Maintain global brand consistency while adapting messaging to local consumer behaviour and collaborating with regional partners, agencies, influencers, and media vendors
Team & Stakeholder Management
- Build and lead high-performing regional and global marketing teams while mentoring leaders and developing scalable processes across international markets
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with e-commerce, CRM, creative, operations, and product teams to support business growth and marketing effectiveness
Candidate profile:
Bring extensive experience in international e-commerce and performance marketing, with strong leadership capabilities, advanced analytical expertise, and a proven track record in scaling brands across global markets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required; MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or international e-commerce environments
- Proven success driving and scaling cross-border e-commerce growth through Meta and Google advertising platforms
- Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and attribution analytics tools
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale advertising budgets with strong ROI, ROAS, and performance outcomes
- Deep understanding of international customer acquisition, localisation strategies, and cross-border e-commerce operations
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with expertise in performance optimisation, reporting, and campaign effectiveness
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with experience in scaling DTC or marketplace brands across APAC, North America, or European markets; exposure to CRM, lifecycle marketing, automation tools, and high-growth environments is advantageous
