台中上市櫃公司找3-5 years 法務人員，會主要做保險產品，歡迎金融背景或是保險相關經驗法務來投遞討論

工作內容

  1. 負責各類中英文合約之審閱、撰擬及修訂，提供相關法律諮詢與風險評估。

  2. 研究及分析金融、保險相關法規，針對潛在法律風險提出因應建議。

  3. 持續追蹤相關法令、主管機關函釋及政策動態，協助公司因應法規變動。

  4. 協助建立、維護及優化法令遵循制度與內部管理流程，確保公司營運符合法規要求。

  5. 支援法務相關專案，並與內部各部門合作，提供法律意見及其他法務支援。

職務需求

  1. 法律相關科系大學以上學歷。

  2. 具 3–5 年以上金融機構、保險業或相關產業之法務或法令遵循工作經驗。

  3. 熟悉金融及保險相關法規，具備法規研究、法律分析及合約審閱能力。

  4. 具備中英文合約處理能力及良好的溝通協調能力。
