Key Responsibilities

  • Contract Drafting, Review & Negotiation – Responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating bilingual Chinese/English agreements with major domestic and international OEM customers, as well as IT equipment and software procurement and service agreements, marketing, e-commerce and digital experience projects, and domestic and international distribution agreements.
  • Investment Projects – Provide legal support for major investment projects, including contract drafting, negotiation, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Corporate Governance & Regulatory Compliance – Provide legal advice and compliance support covering corporate governance regulations, competition law, privacy laws, and other relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Intellectual Property – Participate in and lead the development of the Group’s policies regarding the commercial utilization and risk management of intellectual property rights, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets, and provide legal advice on specific IP-related matters.
  • Contract Disputes, Global Litigation & Risk Management – Assist in handling domestic and international contract disputes and manage cross-border litigation, arbitration, and related legal proceedings. Collaborate with legal professionals worldwide to effectively protect the Group’s interests. Implement comprehensive risk management strategies to identify, assess, and prevent potential legal risks, and develop practical solutions to mitigate legal risks arising from the Group’s global operations.
  • Group Legal Strategy & Risk Management – Assist the Head of Legal in developing and implementing the Group’s legal strategy, ensuring that legal policies are aligned with the Group’s overall business objectives. Participate in the legal strategic planning of major Group projects and provide comprehensive legal risk assessments and solutions.
  • Legal Team Management – Assist the Head of Legal in planning and implementing departmental objectives. Oversee the day-to-day management of team members, coordinate work allocation, and ensure the quality and timely completion of tasks. Regularly review and optimize team workflows to improve operational efficiency.
  • Other Assigned Responsibilities – Perform other duties and projects assigned by management to support the organization’s legal and business objectives.
