Candidates with backgrounds in semiconductor, AI accelerator, GPU, server, or data center industries are especially encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and interpret U.S. export control regulations (EAR, BIS, sanctions, customs requirements, etc.)
• Assess and manage compliance risks related to advanced AI server and GPU products
• Conduct End User Due Diligence (EUDD) and customer screening processes
• Partner closely with legal, operations, sales, and global logistics teams to ensure regulatory compliance across international markets
• Provide strategic guidance amid evolving geopolitical and trade restrictions

Ideal Background:
• Experience in export control, trade compliance, customs, or international regulatory affairs
• Strong understanding of U.S. export regulations and licensing requirements
• Experience within semiconductor, AI infrastructure, data center, server, networking, or high-tech industries preferred
• Exposure to multinational environments and cross-border business operations
• Experience working with U.S.-based stakeholders or international compliance programs is highly desirable
