A leading organisation in Taiwan is seeking a Smart Factory Driver – Compliance Manager.

Key responsibilities:

  • 制度規劃與主導執行:負責擬定與修改整體法令遵循計畫,主導制度設計與流程架構,確保涵蓋本國及海外分支法規差異。
  • 高階檢查體系建置:建立與領導完整的自查程序與跨部門稽核機制,定義評核頻率與責任分配。
  • 風險評估與制度審核:主導跨流程風險控管與制度合理性分析,對高風險業務提出建議與審核保障。
  • 跨部門策略協作:作為主要溝通窗口,協同國內外單位,並向公司報告。
  • 教育訓練推動:設計遵循訓練課程,塑造組織風險與遵循文化。
  • 法規監測與全球合規策略:追蹤國內外法令變動,評估對分支影響,提出策略調整建議。

Candidate profile:

  • 大學(含)以上法律系所畢業
  • 具金融業、大型製造業法令遵循、審查作業、稽核…..相關經驗
  • 具金融研訓院「法令遵循人員職前研習班」結業證書者尤佳
  • 英文聽說讀寫良好(檢附檢定證照者尤佳)
  • 工作態度積極、負責、富團隊精神、出色的溝通、分析、風險辨識能力,並能對接監管機構。且能獨立制定制度、領導專案團隊與承擔跨部門協調責任。
  • 熟悉office軟體操作
  • 具高考律師證照尤佳
