內湖 - Senior Legal Counsel (4-8 years)

An exciting opportunity is available for a Senior Legal Counsel to join a globally recognised technology organisation in Taipei, Taiwan.

This role offers exposure to cross-border transactions, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and complex contract negotiation within a fast-paced international environment. You will work closely with regional and global stakeholders to provide strategic legal guidance that supports business growth and legal risk management initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

Support global business operations by providing strategic legal advice across commercial, regulatory, and corporate governance matters while collaborating with international stakeholders.

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including NDAs, SaaS, procurement, vendor, partnership, distribution, technology licensing, and professional services contracts
• Provide legal support for global business operations, strategic transactions, and key corporate initiatives
• Advise management and business teams on legal risk management, regulatory compliance, and commercial matters
• Support corporate governance activities including board resolutions, shareholder matters, subsidiary management, and secretarial coordination
• Manage external counsel across multiple jurisdictions and oversee litigation, dispute resolution, employment matters, and regulatory inquiries
• Assist with M&A, financing, investment, and restructuring transactions while ensuring legal and compliance alignment
• Enhance internal legal processes, contract templates, and compliance programmes while delivering practical, commercially focused legal guidance to stakeholders

Candidate profile:

Bring strong legal expertise gained within multinational organisations or international law firms, with proven experience supporting technology-focused businesses in a global environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B., LL.M., J.D., or equivalent) with qualification to practise law in at least one jurisdiction preferred
• 5–10+ years of legal experience gained within an international law firm or multinational environment
• Proven expertise in commercial contract negotiation, cross-border transactions, and regulatory compliance matters
• Fluency in English is essential; Mandarin Chinese proficiency
• Experience within the technology or SaaS sector are advantageous
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced international environment
