【職務內容】

  1. 針對公司營運相關之法遵事項及內外部專案，提供法律意見、解決方案與風險控管建議
  2. 撰擬、審閱中英文合約及各類法律文件，並主導或參與商務談判
  3. 處理訴訟及各類爭議案件，規劃整體策略並參與協商與執行
  4. 持續關注產業法規與監管趨勢，主動提出因應策略並協助落實
  5. 協助公司內部法務管理與制度建立（包含合約流程、文件管理等）
  6. 其他主管交辦事項

【必要條件】

  1. 法律相關科系畢業，具備完整法律訓練與實務基礎
  2. 約 5 年以上法律相關工作經驗（含律師事務所或企業內法務）
  3. 具備處理跨境法律文件之能力，能以英文進行合約審閱與專業溝通
  4. 具備獨立作業能力，能在不確定性高的情境下提出可執行的法律建議
  5. 思考邏輯清晰，溝通與協調能力佳，能適應快速變動與多任務並行的工作環境

【加分條件】

  1. 具律師資格或其他專業法律證照
  2. 曾任職於高度監管產業（如金融服務、科技平台或相關領域）之法務或法遵職務
  3. 具資本市場相關經驗（如募資、投資、公司治理或重大交易專案）
  4. 曾參與新興商業模式或創新產業之法律專案（如數位服務、平台經濟或相關領域）
  5. 熟悉跨部門合作模式，具支持業務發展與風險控管並行的經驗
