What you'll do:
As a Sales Account Manager based in Taipei, you will be responsible for expanding the organisation’s footprint in critical sectors by leveraging your technical expertise and interpersonal skills. Your day-to-day activities will involve engaging directly with customers to understand their needs, supporting channel partners to drive business growth, identifying new opportunities through market analysis, developing tailored sales programmes with internal teams, managing distribution networks effectively, maintaining precise records using CRM systems, and representing the company at industry events. Success in this role requires a blend of technical knowledge, collaborative spirit, organisational ability, and a passion for connecting people across diverse industries.
- Drive sales and business development for the new product portfolio, including Avionics, Radio Test, PNT, and Inertial Labs solutions by building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Support and enable channel partners to achieve or exceed business goals and sales quotas within the assigned territory through regular communication and guidance.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across Military, Utilities, Transportation, and Enterprise sectors by conducting thorough market research and outreach.
- Conduct detailed market analysis to track emerging opportunities, competitor activities, and regional market dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
- Develop and execute targeted sales programmes in close cooperation with Business Units to maximise product reach and customer satisfaction.
- Build and manage an effective channel ecosystem that ensures comprehensive coverage of assigned products while meeting company sales objectives.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts using CRM tools such as Salesforce.com or Dynamics to ensure transparency and accountability in reporting.
- Attend tradeshows and host seminars to promote solutions, engage with potential clients, and strengthen brand awareness within the industry.

- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or relevant technical training in communications or avionics is preferred for this position.
- At least 5-8 years of experience working with Communications Test & Measurement instruments within domains such as Avionics, Mobile Radio Test, Position Navigation & Timing is highly desirable.
- Highly organised approach with strong time management skills enabling you to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proven sales and business development skills demonstrated through successful achievement of targets in similar roles.
- Excellent teamwork abilities allowing you to coordinate effectively with Field Application Engineers (FAE) and Business Units (BU) for optimal results.
- Experience developing and managing distribution partners ensuring robust channel ecosystems that support business objectives.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English as well as Chinese language is essential for effective communication across diverse stakeholders.
