  • Identify integration points for advanced technologies into future computing and connectivity ecosystems by understanding evolving market needs and technological advancements.
  • Support commercialisation efforts for new products from concept through market adoption by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams across Taiwan, Japan, and the US.
  • Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to influence product direction and business strategy while ensuring alignment with industry trends.
  • Represent the organisation at industry conferences, customer meetings, and ecosystem engagements to enhance visibility and position as a strategic technology partner.
  • Facilitate collaboration between technical teams and customers to support evaluation programmes and business opportunities that drive innovation.
  • Work proactively with global sales teams to develop customer engagement plans tailored to diverse markets.
  • Monitor ecosystem dynamics by tracking competitor activities and emerging technologies relevant to fibre optic connectivity.
  • Travel internationally to engage with customers across the United States, Europe, China, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Thailand.
