Sales Director (AI Power Solution)
A leading technology organisation in Taiwan seeks a Sales Director to lead AI power solutions sales, build a high-performing team, and drive growth with EMS manufacturers and CSPs across Taiwan and the USA.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for AI busbar and efuse solutions, driving design-in opportunities and revenue growth with key EMS manufacturers in Taiwan
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team while fostering strong relationships with EMS decision-makers and major CSPs through frequent business development in the USA
- Partner with engineering, marketing, and customer support teams to deliver customer-focused AI power solutions that meet technical and commercial requirements
- Monitor market trends, identify new business opportunities, and provide strategic insights and performance updates to the Business Unit Head to support business growth
- Represent the organisation at customer engagements and industry events while maintaining accurate sales forecasts, CRM records, and pipeline visibility to drive commercial success
Candidate profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Business, or a related discipline, with proven sales or business development experience in the electronics, semiconductor, or technology industry
- Strong technical understanding of AI power solutions or related electronic products, with the ability to engage customers in technical design-in discussions
- Experience working with EMS manufacturers, CSPs, and cross-functional teams across engineering, marketing, and customer support in an international business environment
- Excellent relationship management, communication, organisational, and team leadership skills, with fluency in English; Cantonese proficiency is an advantage
- Willingness to travel frequently between Taiwan and the USA, with the adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
