A global organisation seeks a Business Development Manager to drive B2B growth, expand market share, and manage strategic partnerships in Taiwan.

Key responsibilities:

As a Business Development Manager, you will drive B2B market growth, manage product lifecycles, and collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to identify new business opportunities.

  • Strategic Channel Management & Business Development: Drive strategic channel growth and strengthen relationships with premium B2B clients and project partners to expand market share
  • Cross-Functional Operations & Data Analysis: Drive data-driven decisions by tracking key metrics (revenue, margin), managing product lifecycle (PSI/inventory), and collaborating with marketing and product teams on key initiatives
  • Cross-Border & Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the key liaison between local operations and global headquarters to ensure smooth execution of sales and product strategies

Candidate profile:

To excel in this role, you bring experience in B2B business development, strong stakeholder management skills, commercial analysis expertise, and fluency in professional English.

  • End-to-End B2B Commercial Expertise: 3–5+ years’ experience in B2B channel development, account management, or product operations, managing complex end-to-end project cycles
  • Global Communication & Collaboration Capabilities: Strong professional English proficiency to effectively engage and coordinate with international stakeholders and global headquarters
  • Data Literacy & Strategic Thinking: Skilled in commercial data tracking, PSI/inventory forecasting, and office tools, with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
