An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Technical Sales Manager to join a well-established global leader in the field of industrial solutions, based in the Neihu District of Taipei City. This role offers you the chance to work with cutting-edge products such as pumps, valves, heat exchangers, homogenisers, separator components, and other unit systems, serving a diverse client base across Taiwan and Taiwanese business customers in mainland China.

What you'll do:

As a Technical Sales Manager based in Taipei’s Neihu District, you will play a pivotal role in connecting innovative mechanical solutions with leading organisations across Taiwan’s thriving industrial landscape. Your day-to-day activities will involve engaging directly with customers to understand their operational challenges before tailoring product recommendations that align perfectly with their needs. By leveraging your expertise in mechanical equipment sales—particularly within food processing or beverage production—you will become a trusted advisor who guides clients through every stage of the sales cycle: from initial consultation through product demonstration to contract closure. Success in this role means not only achieving ambitious annual sales targets but also fostering enduring partnerships built on reliability and mutual respect. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery logistics while providing ongoing support that maximises customer satisfaction long after each sale is complete.

  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with both existing and prospective customers throughout Taiwan and among Taiwanese business clients operating in mainland China by understanding their unique requirements and confirming technical specifications.
  • Conduct regular client visits to present product features, advantages, and benefits while actively promoting the company’s comprehensive range of pumps, valves, heat exchangers, homogenisers, separator components, and related unit systems.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and live demonstrations of products to showcase their value proposition within target markets such as food processing, beverages production, pharmaceutical manufacturing, cosmetics formulation, petrochemical operations, brewing facilities, and other sanitary environments.
  • Prepare detailed quotations and manage bidding processes to ensure competitive positioning while meeting customer needs efficiently.
  • Drive new business development initiatives by identifying potential clients and expanding the customer base through effective networking strategies.
  • Oversee contract negotiations from initial transaction through to final acceptance and billing stages while ensuring all terms are met satisfactorily for both parties.
  • Coordinate timely delivery of products and services in close collaboration with internal teams to guarantee seamless order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor accounts receivable (AR) collections diligently to maintain healthy cash flow for the business.
  • Provide or coordinate after-market service support to address any post-sale issues promptly while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism by offering effective solutions that reinforce trust in the brand.

  • Demonstrated success managing distribution channels for mechanical products; candidates with prior experience overseeing channel partners or agents will be highly regarded.
  • Outstanding verbal communication skills combined with excellent interpersonal abilities that enable you to build rapport quickly with diverse stakeholders at all organisational levels.
