What you'll do:

As an Account Manager – Display Solutions (B2B), you will play a pivotal role in nurturing long-term partnerships with key clients across the display glass sector. Your day-to-day activities will involve managing complex orders from inception through fulfilment while ensuring every detail aligns with both client expectations and organisational standards.   • Manage, retain, and expand key accounts within a defined geographic or industry segment by understanding customer needs and aligning solutions accordingly.

  • Develop and implement multi-year strategies that enhance value for customers while maximising account impact through relationship building, opportunity identification, and collaborative partnership efforts.

  • Maintain frequent communication with clients to assess satisfaction levels, identify new opportunities for collaboration, and ensure long-term retention.
  • Serve as an advocate for both the company and the customer by balancing mutual interests and creating shared value through thoughtful negotiation and transparent communication.
  • Stay informed about evolving customer requirements and market trends to proactively pursue profitable sales opportunities for current or next-generation products.
  • Work closely with Pricing, Product Line Management, Engineering, Technical Management, and other cross-functional teams to negotiate agreements that benefit all parties involved.
  • Clarify contract terms proactively with customers to align expectations with operational capabilities and ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Collect market intelligence on competitors and industry developments to inform sales planning processes at both account and division levels.
