Sales Manager
A leading global provider of semiconductor and electronics consumables seeks a Sales Manager to drive key accounts, strengthen customer relationships, and support business growth in Taiwan.
Key responsibilities:
As a Sales Manager, you will drive account growth, build key client relationships, collaborate cross-functionally, and support global business expansion.
- Develop and execute tactical sales plans to grow existing global accounts and expand market presence
- Identify and promote new services and products aligned with customer needs
- Drive sales performance, including turnover, margins, and end-to-end account/market development
- Build strategic customer partnerships by leveraging engineering, manufacturing, and logistics capabilities to deliver cost-effective solutions
- Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate key account activities while acting as customer champion and reporting to the Director of Sales & Business Development SEA
Candidate profile:
To excel in this role, you bring strong technical expertise, B2B sales experience, excellent relationship-building skills, cross-cultural collaboration ability, and a passion for semiconductor technology.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, with additional studies in sales or marketing
- 2–3+ years' B2B sales or business development experience in technical industries, ideally semiconductor or optoelectronics
- Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturers, wafer houses, or advanced backend industries is an advantage
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities with a tactical approach
- Results-driven, resilient under pressure, and capable of managing escalations effectively
- Strong English communication skills, willingness to travel, and ability to grow long-term within the business
