A leading organisation is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth and build strong client relationships across Taiwan, South Korea, and Japan.

Key responsibilities:

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a key role in managing client relationships, driving sales strategies, and supporting market expansion across multiple territories.

  • Serve as the primary contact for client communications, managing inquiries, quotations, orders, and resolving commercial or technical concerns
  • Drive sales growth through strategic account management, product promotion, sales planning, forecasting, and budgeting
  • Provide on-site technical support to resolve product quality, installation, and operational issues
  • Maintain accurate customer records, contact details, and account updates within the D365 system
  • Conduct market research, analyse industry trends, and prepare monthly sales and market performance reports
  • Support marketing initiatives including exhibitions, roadshows, technical seminars, and implementation of company pricing strategies

Candidate profile:

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in the fire protection industry combined with strong interpersonal skills and technical expertise.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience within the Fire Protection industry with strong knowledge of fire safety systems and regulations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications for reporting, documentation, and coordination
  • Solid understanding of local fire codes, NFPA, and FM standards; experience supporting product approvals is advantageous
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to maintain effective client and team relationships
  • Capable of coordinating regional activities and supporting operations across Taiwan, South Korea, and Japan
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills for technical discussions, reporting, and customer engagement
