An organisation in Taiwan seeks an Inside Sales professional to support sales across Taiwan and China, manage orders and compliance, and build strong customer relationships to drive service excellence and business growth.

Key responsibilities:

As an Inside Sales professional, you will manage ERP-based orders, coordinate shipments and stakeholders, handle queries, and support reporting and compliance to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with Sales and cross-functional teams to achieve business targets and fulfil customer requirements
  • Execute and manage sales orders, ensuring accurate ERP system operation and data integrity
  • Monitor shipment progress and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure on-time delivery
  • Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and claims, ensuring timely resolution and high satisfaction
  • Prepare and maintain regular sales reports and performance data analysis
  • Ensure end-to-end Order-to-Cash process compliance in line with SOX and internal control requirements

Candidate profile:

To excel in this role, you bring experience in customer service or trade support, ERP system skills, strong coordination and attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset.

  • Bachelor’s degree or above required
  • 2–3 years’ experience in customer service, international trading, or logistics-related fields preferred
