The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the payment software industry, particularly in cloud-based platforms, and the integration of AI/ML technologies.

What you'll do:

As a Presales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving the technical aspects of the sales process by providing expert guidance, demos, and support to our clients and prospects. You will act as a bridge between our sales team and clients, ensuring that our solutions perfectly match their business needs. Your role will involve delivering engaging product demonstrations, creating comprehensive documentation, building strong client relationships, collaborating with internal teams, producing informative content for marketing purposes, and staying abreast of industry developments.

  • Act as the primary technical resource during the pre-sales process, showcasing expert knowledge in issuing and acquiring payment solutions.
  • Provide deep technical consultation to clients to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions that meet their business requirements.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Create detailed product documentation, proposals, and implementation plans to support the sales cycle.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects, offering top-tier support and guidance throughout the sales process.
  • Work closely with the sales, product management, and engineering teams to align customer requirements with our product offerings and development roadmap.
  • Assist in the creation of technical content, such as whitepapers, case studies, and webinars, to support marketing efforts and customer education.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in the payment software industry.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Presales Engineer position brings a wealth of experience from the payment software industry. You have spent at least five years in a pre-sales engineering role, demonstrating your expertise in cloud platforms and AI/ML technologies. Your understanding of payment processing ecosystems is second to none, and you are proficient in cloud architecture, API integration, and data analytics. You have a knack for communicating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences and solving problems proactively. You thrive both when working independently and as part of a team.

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a pre-sales engineering role within the payment software industry.
  • Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and AI/ML technologies applied to payment processing.
  • Strong understanding of payment processing ecosystems.
  • Proficiency in cloud architecture, API integration, and data analytics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
