Our client is seeking a BU Head to spearhead their Institutional business, offering comprehensive chemical products and solutions across the foodservice and hospitality industries. This role provides an opportunity to serve as the face of a leading organisation, driving positive customer experiences and creating cleaner, safer, healthier environments. What you'll do:

As a BU Head, you will play a pivotal role in growing our client's Institutional business. Your primary focus will be on increasing market share across diverse sectors such as Health and Aged Care, Hospitality, Government facilities among others. You will be responsible for achieving new business sales targets while ensuring profitability. Your role will involve conducting technical surveys, preparing compelling presentations, constructing customer rollout plans and managing relationship transitions. You will also participate in comprehensive training programs and build industry contacts through networking. Collaborating with various teams within the organisation will be key to achieving your sales outcomes.

What you bring:

You will bring a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 15 years of outside sales experience. You are willing to be on call during off hours and weekends and possess a valid driver's license with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record. Preferred qualifications include previous sales development experience within the Institutional market sectors and a solid understanding of products, services, and systems applicable in these markets. Your proven track record in B2B selling roles, excellent communication skills, exceptional negotiation skills, and a passion to exceed client expectations will set you apart.
