  • Work closely with the General Manager and senior department heads to ensure alignment between market research findings and business objectives.
  • Conduct thorough research on the semiconductor industry and market trends to provide actionable insights that drive strategic decisions.
  • Develop Go-to-Market strategies by analysing data and identifying key opportunities within the semiconductor sector.
  • Lead segment-level marketing initiatives and strategic planning efforts to support product launches and business expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information, share knowledge, and build consensus around new projects or initiatives.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to communicate complex findings clearly to stakeholders.
  • Analyse competitors’ products and strategies through competitive analysis techniques to maintain a strong market position.
  • Utilise laboratory equipment for product materials analysis as needed to support research activities.
  • Apply chemical process development skills in evaluating manufacturing processes relevant to the semiconductor industry.

What you bring:

To excel as a Semiconductor Market Researcher, you should bring proven academic credentials in chemistry, physics or engineering disciplines along with practical knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes. Experience as a process engineer within a fabrication plant will give you valuable context for understanding industry challenges. Your fluency in English ensures seamless interaction with international colleagues while your proficiency in Microsoft Office tools allows you to present findings clearly.
