A leading FMCG company seeks a Brand Design Specialist in Taiwan to create impactful packaging, POSM, digital, and web design solutions, strengthening brand presence and delivering high-quality visual experiences across diverse product lines.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop packaging design, POSM, digital advertising, and website visual assets across diverse consumer product categories, ensuring brand consistency and engaging customer experiences
• Execute print production quality processes, including colour separation, sample evaluation, and quality checks, ensuring materials meet brand and production standards
• Collaborate with brand teams and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective design solutions that support marketing objectives
• Coordinate with external design vendors to review proposals and ensure outsourced projects meet quality expectations and company requirements
• Leverage Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and AI design tools to enhance creative workflows, improve efficiency, and support continuous design improvement

Candidate profile:

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, with the ability to independently create visual assets and complete image processing tasks
• Experienced in using AI image generation tools to enhance creative workflows and improve design efficiency
• Knowledgeable in packaging and print production processes, including plastic packaging specifications, printed materials, and quality standards
• Skilled in cross-functional communication and stakeholder coordination, translating requirements into practical design solutions
• Detail-oriented and organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and support continuous team improvement
