A digital technology company in Taiwan seeks a Senior Brand Designer to drive impactful visual storytelling across digital, print, and motion while shaping brand direction and creative campaigns.

Key responsibilities:

As a Senior Brand Designer, you will create impactful visual campaigns across digital, print, and motion while ensuring brand consistency.

Creative Leadership & Brand Ownership

  • Lead brand storytelling, campaign concepts, and scalable visual systems across platforms
  • Deliver polished, high-quality creative assets with strong attention to detail and premium image refinement

Motion Graphics & Animation

  • Create engaging motion graphics, animated assets, and campaign visuals in collaboration with content and video teams

AI-Enhanced Design Workflows

  • Leverage AI tools such as Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, ChatGPT, and Gemini to streamline ideation, production, and design execution
  • Apply generative design approaches to accelerate delivery and enhance creative scalability.

Multi-Platform Execution

  • Design cohesive brand assets across digital, print, web, packaging, and social media channels
  • Support photography direction, post-production, and packaging design as needed

Project Prioritisation & Operations Support

  • Partner with leadership to manage priorities, timelines, and creative workflows efficiently
  • Support the Creative Director in driving brand consistency, team development, and high-impact project delivery

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, content, and PM teams to align creative output with business objectives
  • Provide creative guidance, feedback, and mentorship to team members and freelancers

Candidate profile:

To excel in this role, you bring strong brand design expertise, advanced Adobe and AI tool proficiency, and the ability to deliver impactful multi-platform creative work in fast-paced environments.

  • 5+ years’ graphic design experience within tech, lifestyle, or creative-driven brands
  • Strong portfolio showcasing bold branding, polished visuals, and motion design expertise
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Photoshop, and AI design tools
  • Strong eye for typography, layout, storytelling, image refinement, and brand consistency
  • Experience in animation, motion graphics, interactive content, and multi-platform execution
  • Highly organised self-starter with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively
  • Bonus skill: Experience with 3D tools, print production, and music-related brands is an advantage
