You will craft and communicate a cohesive brand narrative that builds trust and reduces uncertainty for B2B clients. By leading cross-functional collaboration, you’ll develop a scalable marketing framework to drive growth metrics like pipeline quality, conversion efficiency, and ROI. Additionally, you’ll nurture a high-performing marketing team, ensuring every investment supports brand building and delivers measurable commercial success.
What you'll do:
* Define company-wide brand positioning, core values, and market narrative by clearly articulating who the organisation is, whom it serves, and why it stands out as the preferred choice.
* Deeply understand B2B customer decision-making processes, risk considerations, and procurement psychology to translate complex products and technologies into stories that foster trust.
* Lead the design of product and solution value propositions tailored for different industries, roles, and use cases by establishing clear messaging frameworks with differentiated perspectives.
* Ensure all external communications—including branding, events, content, and sales materials—consistently reflect the central brand spirit rather than fragmented campaigns.
* Plan and execute go-to-market strategies covering product launches, target customer profiles (ICP), market entry angles, and cross-departmental alignment.
* Design integrated marketing strategies spanning content creation, performance advertising, SEO, social media engagement, webinars/events, EDMs, and marketing automation—all serving clear brand and business objectives.
* Build and optimise the growth funnel from MQL to SQL to Opportunity by continuously monitoring conversion rates, cycle times, and pipeline quality instead of focusing solely on activity volume.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive brand asset systems including website architecture, case studies, whitepapers, presentations, proposals, FAQs, competitive analysis materials, and sales enablement content.
* Oversee PR initiatives and media partnerships aimed at enhancing brand visibility while orchestrating company-level events—from theme setting to content design—to reinforce both brand positioning and commercial results.
* Manage marketing team recruitment, goal setting, division of responsibilities, output quality standards as well as budget allocation to ensure transparent tracking of ROI linked directly to business outcomes.
What you bring:
* Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related fields; advanced degrees are advantageous.
* At least 12 years’ experience in marketing roles—preferably within B2B software/SaaS/cloud/cybersecurity/technology sectors—with proven ability to deliver measurable results.
* Demonstrated capability in independently formulating positioning strategies that translate into actionable integrated marketing plans focused on pipeline or ARR growth.
* Familiarity with GTM planning processes as well as cross-departmental collaboration mechanisms involving Sales/Product/Engineering/Customer Success teams.
* Strong data analysis skills: able to set KPIs, monitor conversions/attribution/budget allocation while continually optimising for better outcomes.
* Exceptional communication skills: adept at translating complex technical concepts into accessible value propositions for diverse audiences.
* Experience driving demand generation for B2B SaaS solutions using lifecycle/CRM nurture programmes or marketing automation tools tied to revenue attribution models.
* Track record of building modular marketing teams with clear functional divisions (Brand/PMM/Demand/Content/PR/Community etc.) for scalable operations.
* Nice to have: Familiarity with security/cloud technology procurement chains (security questionnaires/compliance issues/technical evaluation processes).
* Nice to have: Experience operating in international markets or coordinating multi-region messaging consistency between HQs and regional offices.
