A leading F&B organisation seeks a Data Analysis and Market Insights Manager in Taiwan to turn customer and business insights into strategies that drive profitable growth.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead business and market analysis to generate insights, identify opportunities, and support strategic planning for profitable growth
  • Partner with the CMO and cross-functional teams to shape marketing, pricing, promotional, and product strategies
  • Translate sales, product, profitability, pricing, and promotional data into actionable recommendations
  • Monitor business performance through Power BI dashboards, OKRs, and key metrics to track progress and identify improvement opportunities
  • Develop 24-month rolling forecasts for promotions and product launches to support commercial planning and decision-making
  • Lead consumer and product research while managing analytics budgets and communicating recommendations to senior stakeholders

Candidate profile:

  • 5–8 years’ experience in strategy, business insights, or analytics within Retail, eCommerce, FMCG, or Internet sectors
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Data Science, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Computer Science; MBA preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables and VLOOKUP; working knowledge of SQL, Python, R, or Power BI is advantageous
  • Proven ability to derive consumer and customer insights from large datasets and translate findings into business growth opportunities
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and project management skills, with experience managing analytics or research budgets
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English, with strong reporting and presentation skills for communicating insights to senior stakeholders
