Boutique Manager - Premium

This role is responsible for driving client development, achieving sales and event targets, and cultivating long-term relationships with high net worth (HNW) clients. The Boutique Manager will also oversee the daily operations of the boutique and lead a small team to consistently deliver excellence in service, presentation, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Client Development & Experience (70%)
• Build and lead personalized engagement strategies for HNW clientele, enhancing loyalty and lifetime value.
• Identify and cultivate new client leads through boutique interactions, events, and targeted outreach.
• Leverage data insights (e.g., client profiles, purchasing behavior, repeat visit metrics) to drive tailored service plans and business growth.
• Partner with marketing teams to co-create CRM retention campaigns, VIP events, and member-exclusive experiences.
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring every guest interaction reflects the brand’s premium positioning and core values.


Boutique Operations (30%)
• Oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations including team scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring impeccable boutique presentation.
• Ensure all client interactions—from online inquiries to in-store appointments—are seamless, elevated, and consistent.
• Monitor sales performance, manage budgets effectively, and identify areas for commercial improvement.
• Maintain accurate CRM and POS records to support data-driven decision-making.
• Team Leadership
• Inspire and mentor boutique team members to deliver exceptional service and meet performance targets.
• Foster a high-performance, client-centric culture focused on trust, attentiveness, and authenticity.
• Facilitate ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and client handling skills.

Key Qualifications
• Proven leadership experience in luxury retail, premium lifestyle brands, or hospitality environments.
• Strong understanding of HNW client expectations, customer journey mapping, and personalized service delivery.
• Data-savvy with experience using CRM tools to drive client engagement and repeat business.
• A confident communicator who thrives on building relationships and executing high-touch client events.
• Passion for creating memorable experiences that go beyond transactional retail.
