Marketing Manager, OTT
A leading multimedia company seeks a Marketing Manager in Taiwan to drive strategic marketing initiatives, accelerate subscriber growth, and strengthen brand leadership in the OTT (Over-The-Top) industry.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across performance marketing, CRM, PR, social media, branding, and content promotion to drive subscriber growth, engagement, and brand performance
- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and optimisation of multi-channel marketing campaigns, leveraging data and performance insights to maximise acquisition, conversion, retention, and ROI
- Partner with the CEO and cross-functional teams to translate business priorities into high-impact marketing initiatives that support content launches, platform growth, and commercial objectives
- Lead and develop the marketing team, driving operational excellence, high-quality execution, and continuous improvement while fostering a high-performance culture
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with media agencies, PR firms, influencers, and key stakeholders to strengthen brand visibility, expand market reach, and enhance competitive positioning
Candidate profile:
- Strong marketing experience, with a proven track record of developing integrated marketing strategies and delivering high-impact, multi-channel campaigns
- Expertise in performance marketing, customer acquisition, CRM, PR, social media, branding, and digital marketing, ideally within OTT, streaming, subscription-based, or digital consumer businesses
- Experience thriving in fast-paced, highly competitive environments, partnering with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to drive commercial growth and subscriber acquisition
- Strong analytical, strategic, and commercial acumen, leveraging data and customer insights to optimise campaign performance, customer journeys, and marketing ROI
- Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with experience leading high-performing teams, managing agency and partner relationships, and staying ahead of emerging digital marketing trends
